• nates-pickles.consent — remembers your choice on this banner. 12-month expiry.

Analytics (off by default — you opt in)

• ph_* (PostHog) — set if you accept analytics cookies. Tracks anonymous events to help us improve the site. We use the EU region (eu.posthog.com). 12-month expiry.

How to manage cookies

Use the cookie banner at the bottom of the site to change your choice. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings; the banner will reappear and ask again on your next visit.
