Subscription Terms

Last updated · 23 May 2026

A subscription (or “standing order”) is a commitment to deliver a fixed set of buckets on a recurring schedule. These terms govern how subscriptions work. They supplement our general Terms of Service and our B2B Sales Terms.

Setting up a subscription

Pick products, cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly), and delivery day on the shop page. You confirm at checkout. Each cycle generates a new Two invoice on net-30 — one credit check at signup, no re-approval per delivery.

The cutoff rule

Edits to the next scheduled delivery must reach us by 3 business days before delivery, at 17:00 Oslo time. For Greater Oslo Tuesday deliveries that means Friday 17:00 the week before.

  • Before cutoff: skip, change quantity, swap SKU, change delivery address, pause, cancel — all apply to the next delivery.
  • After cutoff:the next delivery is locked (it’s already in our kitchen). Changes apply to the delivery after that.

We surface the cutoff time and remaining countdown on your subscription page so you know what state you’re in.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account page. No fee, no minimum commitment. If the next delivery is past cutoff, it still ships and bills as normal — we’ve already brined it.

Pausing

Pause indefinitely or until a date. Pausing past cutoff lets the imminent delivery still ship; the pause takes effect after that. If a subscription stays paused for 60 days, we auto-archive it. You can always start a new subscription.

Skip caps

You can skip up to 2 consecutive deliveries. On the 3rd, we auto-pause your subscription and email you to check in.

Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we email you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Failed payments

If a Two invoice is unpaid, Two handles collections per their terms. We’ll surface “needs attention” on your account page until it’s resolved.

Right of withdrawal

The storefront is B2B-only — Norwegian consumer law (forbrukerkjøpsloven) doesn’t apply. The contract is between two businesses and governed by kjøpsloven.
