B2B Sales Terms

These terms apply when a Norwegian business buys from Nate’s Pickles AS — buckets or standing orders. They supplement (and where they conflict, override) our general Terms of Service.
Who can open a B2B account
- Registered Norwegian businesses with a valid organisation number
- Authorised to incur debt on the business’s behalf — the person placing the order represents that they are
Pricing
Standard pricing for 5L / 10L / 20L buckets is published on the site. Volume pricing for 200+ L / month or chains across multiple locations is quoted individually — use the wholesale inquiry form.
Quoted prices are ex. MVA (VAT). We add 15% MVA (Norwegian food rate) at invoice time.
Invoicing + credit
B2B orders are invoiced via Two (two.inc). At checkout, Two performs an instant KYC check, underwrites the credit on the spot, and issues you an invoice on net-30 terms. We get paid by Two within days regardless of when you pay them.
Two’s own terms apply to the invoice relationship between you and them — including late fees, collections, and credit limits. We don’t set those. By accepting Two’s terms at checkout you agree to them.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm by email or when Two approves the credit, whichever comes first. We may decline an order if Two declines credit, if we’re out of capacity, or if we suspect the order is not what it appears to be.
Delivery
Per the general Terms of Service. B2B deliveries in Greater Oslo arrive Tuesdays.
Standing orders
Subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Terms.
Cancellation, defects, claims
Cancellation more than 3 business days before delivery: free. After cutoff: the delivery has already been brined and ships regardless; we invoice as normal.
Damaged, wrong, missing, or off products: file a claim from your order page within 7 days. We resolve with a refund or replacement.
Confidentiality
Any quoted volume pricing is confidential between you and us. Please don’t share it.
