Terms of Service
Last updated · 23 May 2026
These terms apply when your business orders from natespickles.no. By placing an order you accept them. Home cooks looking for a few jars: we don’t sell those online — email nathan@natespickles.no and Nate will sort you out by hand.
Who you’re buying from
Nate’s Pickles AS, a Norwegian company headquartered in Oslo. Org. nr. (pending company registration). We make American-style dill pickles in two heat levels.
Who can buy
Norwegian businesses with a valid organisation number. The storefront is B2B-only — invoicing requires a registered legal entity that Two can underwrite for credit.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), ex. MVA (VAT). Delivery costs are shown at checkout (free for Greater Oslo).
Payment
Via Two on net-30 invoicing terms. Two performs an instant credit check at checkout and underwrites the receivable — we get paid by Two within days regardless of when you pay them. See the B2B Sales Terms.
Delivery
- Greater Oslo: free, on Tuesdays
- Bergen / Trondheim / Stavanger: 250 NOK flat, 3 business days
- Elsewhere in Norway: 350 NOK flat, 4 business days
We do not currently ship outside Norway. If a delivery is delayed by weather, traffic, or Norwegian public holidays, we’ll let you know and reschedule.
Subscriptions
Standing orders are governed by our Subscription Terms. Short version: skip / pause / cancel anytime with 3 business days’ notice before the next delivery.
Returns + claims
Pickles are perishable food, so we don’t accept returns once delivered. If something arrives damaged, wrong, missing, or off, file a claim from your order page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund, a replacement, or both.
Norwegian consumer-protection law (forbrukerkjøpsloven) is structured for D2C consumer purchases and doesn’t apply to B2B sales like these. The contract is between two businesses (Nate’s Pickles AS and your company), governed by kjøpsloven and our own claim window.
Account responsibility
If you sign in via magic link, the magic link only goes to your email address. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in. This is intentional — businesses with shared inboxes (kitchen@whatever.no) rely on it. Don’t give your sign-in link to anyone you wouldn’t trust with the company card.
Limits of liability
We’re liable for defects in our pickles up to the value of the order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, lost business, etc.) except where Norwegian law prohibits such limitation.
Law + disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Oslo Tingrett.
Changes
Material changes get an email to subscription customers. Other changes get a notice on the site for 30 days.
